If you are a penultimate or recent graduate who is studying either mechanical, manufacturing/industrial, production, automotive, aerospace or aeronautical engineering and are looking to begin your career in a technical or commercial role on a graduate development programme then click on the link to learn more about the opportunities we have on The GKN International Leadership Development Programme.
This is a 18 month programme which offers you the unique foundation to explore different functions, businesses and countries while addressing your individual development needs.

The China Leadership Development Programme is a structured, 15-18 month development programme for graduates that aspire to leading GKN’s businesses and people, in China, in the future.
